Research Interests:
Clean combustion and pollutant emission control, new energy development and utilization, energy-saving and optimization design of thermodynamic equipment and system, automatic detection and control of thermal process, etc.

Work/Research Experiences:
Engaged in teaching and scientific research in School of Energy and Power Engineering in Shandong University from 1998.
Teaching in undergraduate course for "Test & Measurement Technology of Thermal Energy and Power Engineering", "Computer-based Control Technology and DCS System of Power Plant", "Theory of Combustion", postgraduate courses for "Advanced Combustion", "Combustion Engineering" and "Project Training in Power Engineering", and practicality education: include curricular exercitation, practice in production, graduation practice design.
Scientific research focusing on coal combustion and pollutant emission control, co-combustion of biomass and coal, development and utilization of new energy, recovery and utilization of waste heat for energy saving and improving efficiency, and design and development of new thermal energy and power equipment and measurement and control system. Over the years, having hosted and participated in more than 10 scientific research projects at the national and provincial levels, published more than 60 papers and 4 academic works, supervised more than 30 graduate students.
Also being a Science and Technology Project Assessment Expert of Shandong Province, Laboratory Qualification Assessment Expert of Shandong Province, Construction Project Bidding Assessment Expert of Shandong Province, National Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Innovation Fund Project Assessment Expert.
