Overview: Male, born in 1977. Deputy dean in charge of internationalization and postdoc and postgraduate cultivation in School of Energy and Power Engineering of Shandong University; Deputy director of National Engineering Lab for Coal-fired Pollutants Emission Reduction (NELCPER); Director of Shandong Provincial Engineering Lab for Solid Waste Green Materials; Director of Multi-discipline Research Center for Resource Low-carbon Recycling in Shandong University.
Research Interests:
1) Solid waste management and utilization:
a) Preparation of low-cost, low-carbon, high-performance, green sulfoaluminate cementitious material and derived construction 3D-printing material, marine engineering material, traffic engineering material and other civil engineering functional materials, via entirely utilizing solid waste, such as red mud, ash and slag, coal gangue, byproduct gypsum, tailing, etc.
b) Microwave-assisted pyrolysis and value recovery for E-waste, sludge, biomass, etc., and mechanism exploration related to microwave-induced discharge and coupled effects of heat, plasma and photocatalysis.
2) Air pollutants control and removal:
a) Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) removal from exhausted gases via microwave-assisted destruction.
b) CO2 fixation in Ca/Mg ions enriched aqueous solutions through enhanced carbonate precipitation reactions.
